Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and NHW Brands LLC, operating the Cendovra brand. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a product.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means, or use our products to violate another person’s rights.

Digital products and license

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product personally or within one business the purchaser owns or works for. The purchaser may allow that business’s employees and contractors to use the product solely for its internal work, but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, provide copies to another business, share paid access outside that business, or claim ownership of the product or its contents.

Products are educational and informational resources. They are not legal, tax, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other professional advice and do not promise a particular result.

AI tools and your responsibility

Our products may explain or provide prompts for third-party artificial-intelligence tools. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output, protecting confidential and personal information, following the terms of any AI service you use, and obtaining professional advice when appropriate.

Do not enter customer records, passwords, payment information, trade secrets, regulated data, or other sensitive information into an AI tool unless you are authorized to do so and have confirmed that the tool and your intended use provide appropriate safeguards.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices and product details are shown before purchase and may change prospectively. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s applicable terms. You agree to provide accurate purchase information and authorize the stated charge. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity.

Delivery and refunds

Digital products are delivered electronically using the method shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy. If delivery fails, contact hello@cendovra.com so we can restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, designs, text, graphics, templates, downloads, and other materials are owned by NHW Brands LLC or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license expressly stated in these terms.

Third-party services and links

We may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free materials, the accuracy of third-party AI output, or specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NHW Brands LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability arising from a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so those provisions may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.
